We answer your questions

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers to the most common questions about our services and the visa process. If you do not find yours, message us.

Do you guarantee that my visa will be approved?

No. Approval depends entirely on the U.S. Embassy, and no one can guarantee it. What we do is prepare your case with experience, review your information and support you so that you present it in the best possible way.

How much does the service cost?

Prices are personalized because every case and every service is different. When you contact us, we explain what the service includes and how much it costs before you decide to move forward.

Are you part of the Embassy or the U.S. government?

No. We are a private consulting and processing firm. We are not part of the Embassy or the U.S. government, and we have no influence on their decisions.

How long does the process take?

It depends on the type of visa and the Embassy's appointment availability. In the initial consultation we give you an estimate for your case.

My visa was denied before. Can I apply again?

In many cases, yes, you can apply again. It is important to review why it was denied and what has changed in your situation. Tell us about your case and we will assess it honestly.

Do I have to disclose previous trips, denials or legal issues?

Yes. You must always provide complete and truthful information. Withholding information can seriously harm your application, and our forms ask about these topics so we can prepare your case properly.

Can I do the process online?

Yes. We serve clients and employers anywhere online. Embassy appointments follow the requirements the Embassy sets, and we explain how to prepare.

Do you have job openings or recruit workers?

No. We are not a recruitment or staffing agency, and we do not have job openings. Each U.S. employer specifically requests the workers they need. We represent employers before the Embassy and handle their work visas.

I am an employer in the United States. How do you work with my company?

We act as your representative in Guatemala and already work with hundreds of U.S. companies. Message us on WhatsApp, tell us what you need and we will propose how to coordinate your workers.
